Please review these conditions before placing your order.

Return eligibility

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags, packaging and invoice. Minor color or weave variations in handloom fabrics are a natural part of handwork and are not defects.

Requesting a return

Contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Please wait for our approval before sending an item back.

Refunds

Approved returns are inspected on receipt. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

Exchanges

Where stock is available, we are happy to exchange an eligible item for another size, color or style. Contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Exclusions & cancellations

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized, stitched-to-measure or made-to-order pieces
• Items damaged after delivery

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
